Capturing a wav file

I am trying to capture a wav file, it is 7 seconds of tones, from a web site. When I use AV it doesn't record the wav. I also want to save it to a wav format.

Use audio capture
Open aV
Select Record-Record Audio from Speakers
Verify it is set for the Replay AV Audio Driver
Now, go to what you want to capture
