I bought Replay Video Capture and had it working once but now get this prompt whenever I try to record... "Cannot install SndCap5 filter". Any suggestions, please? Deadline to record webinars today - really need to work this out. Thanks.

I already tried unisnstall and reinstall.

Technical Support were very responsive and we followed their instructions with eventual success.

Needed to uninstall, and reinstall with anti-virus disabled.
