Can't open My Streaming Media folder

I'm using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. Logged in as Admin. Security is set Full Control.
When I click nothing happens. if i right click and do open nothing happens.
I'm using the default save dir of C:\Users\Shaun\Documents\My Streaming Media

In my opinion your computer might have developed a fault due to which it is causing a malfunction.

The folder where your media is stored is setup by RMC during instalation but you can also set it yourself. Open RMC go to Tools then settings.
