View Full Version : Hangs up on identifying tracks

My Replay Music used to work properly, but it now has a problem. After recording a track it says "Identifying track..." but that is as far as it gets.
It never identifies the track and does not report that it can't identify it.
If I record another track I get the message "Pending" and that freezes too.

I have re-installed and checked firewall access with no success.

Can someone please advise?

Please uninstall the version you have and reboot. Then download and install the latest version from our site. If you continue to have an issue let us know by sending in a tech support ticket.

A new version was uploaded this afternoon. It corrects a minor bug. Please uninstall and reboot prior to installing.

I upgraded from 4.05 to 4.40b and had all sorts of problems with pending and ultimately not recording the program properly. Can anyone confirm that all is now working because I have reverted back to 4.05
