RMC 4 problem: doesn't record anything

I just bought it today and now i watched your tutorial guide and video and i don't get it to work. It just don't capture anything. I have 64-bit Asus and i use Mozilla Firefox and Intenet Explorer. But nothing happens. I started the program and turned the green to red light and then i go to YouTube to watch some videos,but it don't captures them and nothing else what i have tried. What i can do?

I have to say that the Replay Media Catcher has made my life a lot easier and changed the way I deal with sound and video media. It is wonderful and I love it. It works beautifully for me; and it is so simple to use. Simply the best of its kind available.
Having said all this it seems that Youtube have changed the format of their videos so the Replay Media Catcher will not capture them. You can use the Replay Video Capture tool, or if like me you have very low broadband use the DownloadHelper Real Player widget addon in the Firefox browser.
