Replay Converter in Replay Av 8 is not working.

I have the latest Replay AV 8 that has Replay Converter. About every 2 weeks it seems that Replay Converter is uninstalled from the Replay Av 8. When I go to the edit show properties tab, then go to the dropdown list of what format I wish to convert to the only selection is, Nothing=leave as is. Is there anyway to stop this from occuring again? The program is still on my computer but uninstalled from Replay AV 8.

I have never had this issue mentioned before. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Replay converter from our site. Unintall what you have for the converter and reboot prior to installing. You don't need to uninstall or reinstall AV unless you are not using the latest version of it. http://www.applian.com/replay-converter/demo.php
