Hello.
I have browsed a few pages of the forum and don't really see this issue posted.

This applies to any browser I use and played with various settings and the same result is evident each time.

When using the markers, placed in each corner, and then hitting record, it's shows a portion up and above the set points. Most times, the video is cutoff on the right side or captures to much to the right of the set point.

Has anyone come across this yet? Am I doing something wrong?

This happens when recording all videos. It doesn't matter if it's from youtube, yahoo, real player or WMP.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions / ideas.

If it helps, using Windows 7 - 32 bit

After you place the markers left mouse click in the green box one time to see if that sets it.

Hi and thanks for the reply.I tried that, it does show green box around the video, but still doesn't capture what is set.

I did continue going through the forum pages and found the problem and why it is present.

Windows 7. If a PC user right clicks their screen, clicks screen resolution, make text larger or smaller and has it set to "Larger 150 %" for windows icons and website pages to enlarge text, it WON'T record right.
Now, if the user sets it back to normal ( Medium ) and tries to record, it works perfect and records what the markers set.

Odd, but that is what works. No idea why, but using the smaller font/text setting seems to be the answer.

Try it if your a Win 7 user and you will see what I mean.

Thanks
