annoying sound when getting window

when i click the green window size thingy on or off, or have to move it it makes a dumb sound effect for like half a second..... is there anyway to turn this off?? ive looked in settings but couldnt find anything.....

if they are blind how is a sound going to help them tell the size and area of a window... and also, how would they know what they were recording if they could not even see it????

I tried removing the .wav's from the application directory and got an even more annoying sound. As a user with capable vision, I find this feature very off-putting.

NO option to turn it off? Anywhere? Come on, software devs, don't be so inflexible.

This was the dealbreaker for me.
