View Full Version : replay video capture activation connection error

I am re-installing my replay video capture to a new computer. I purchased several months ago.

When I enter the activation code it takes a few minutes as it appears to try to connect then gives me the error message: "We're sorry, your registration could not be validated with our server. Connection error. Please check your Internet connection." My internet connection is working fine.

Any ideas?

What version are you installing? What version of windows are you using?

If you did not purchase the program in the last three months or so you are going to need to upgrade. Please go to order and select existing customer. Follow the prompts. If that is not the case submit a ticket to tech support with what name and email address you ordered it under so we can look it up.
