Problem with Replay Music: whenever I try to download the recordings onto iTunes, iTunes opens up and then quickly shuts down

Hi, I have been using RM3 for quite some time now, and it has worked fine up until now. for some reason, whenever I try to download the recordings onto iTunes, iTunes opens up and then quickly shuts down. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Have you checked to see if the music is there. The program is going to open iTunes-transfer the music and then close itunes.
