How do I record Rush Limbaugh Podcast from his archives?

Note this is premium content (paid subscription) and I have a username and password.

I was hoping to down load his podcasts automatically overnight so I had them the next morning.

Well, if you want older shows, you just have to download them manually.

But if you're talking about recording the current shows, just use ReplayAV to record one of many stations that carry the show. Record KFI from noon-3 Eastern time.

For shows over an hour, I usually split the show at the zero minute mark. That way I can listen to the first hour while the second hour is stream capturing.
