Replay Media Catcher 3.01: Unable to Load any Plug-Ins

I had uninstalled and reinstalled Replay Media Catcher 3.01 on my computer recently. There's nothing different about my computer, no new software or anything. I'm still running Windows XP. Now that I reinstalled it, I keep getting the message "Unable to Load any Plug-Ins" and to restart the program under Administrator. I do "Run As" and it lets me put in my Code Number and where to save the files to and then I get the "Unable to Load Any Plug-Ins" message again. Is there a fix for this? I really like this software and would love to be able to still use it.

Try RMC 3.0.2, RMC 3.11 or loda the plug-ins manually:
Error: Unable to load plug-ins, please restart so this app can update plug-ins.
