I'm afraid our programs do not convert these formats. I don't know where to direct you on this.

ARF and WRF are proprietary formats, so they are not supported by Replay Converter.

The .ARF (WebEx Advanced Recording Format) player is used to watch recordings you've downloaded from WebEx and saved to your computer. You can convert .ARF recordings to .WMV (Windows Media Video) format or .SWF (Flash) using the ARF player (http://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html). No stand-alone .ARF editor is currently available.

The .WRF (WebEx Recording Format) player is used to watch recordings of WebEx sessions you've made yourself and saved to your computer. You can edit .WRF files and convert them to .WMV (Windows Media Video) format by using the WebEx Recording Editor (http://support.webex.com/SelfServiceWeb/SelfServicePortal.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=ViewArticle&articleID=WBX20856).

You can also record ARF and WRF files from screen using screen recording software like Replay Video Capture (http://www.applian.com/replay-video-capture/).
