replay recorder stopped working on spotify!

hi my replay recorder has stopped working on spotify,it now only copys one song and then crashes.is anyone else experiencing this problem and does anyone know how to fix it??

Try to disable song identification and see whether your program crashed due to some security software blocking it from accessing Internet.

Same thing happened to me, I have tried everything on different computers running different versions of windows and different accounts.
No success.
Pity Appian dont seem to have a solution!

If you would like some assistance please submit a report to tech support. Include the exact problem, what version of the program and of windows you are using, what you are trying to record from, and a log file in the ticket.
