View Full Version : Replay Music Stopped working after installing anti-vrius to norton 360 version 5 (on windows 7)

I upgraded my nortan anti-vrius to norton 360 version 5 (on windows 7) and Replay Music, which had been working fine with Norton Antivirus, does not work. The program starts fine but it never is able to detect that music is playing.

I added exceptions to norton's firewall ...but i am out of ideas here. I hope someone has an idea as to why the program silently fails to detect any sound.

Do me a favor if you don't mind. I"d like to isolate the issue and see if norton truly IS the issue. Disable Norton anti-virus, reboot your PC - and try recording again. Let me know if anything changes.

thanks for the reply.

I tried turning off norton 360 and replay worked.

Weird enough, after turning norton back on and rebooting for a 2nd time...replay music is working fine and norton 360 is still running.

Not sure what settings norton 360 had tweaked but everything is working now.
