View Full Version : Replay Video Capture problem: "Initialize recording..."

I have just purchased and installed Replay Video Capture. When I launch the application and attempt to begin recording, the application says "initialize recording," but never gets beyond that point. I have done the setup with its tests and that part has worked okay.

What am I missing?

I just downloaded the trial version and have the same problem. There was a post on the forum stating the problem could be in your firewall, but I disabled my firewall and get the same freeze. I tried installing it on my Windows Vista PC and it works fine except the application makes the video very jerky and stopping it at times.

Are you installing the program and running it under an administrative account? If not please do that. If you are and do have this issue please contact tech support with complete details as to the issues that are occurring for you.

I resolved my problem by running the installation program in Administrative mode and turning off my antivirus software temporarily.
