Download not working in replay media catcher 4

I am trying to get a movie from fearnet.com. I click on the green circle to start the download and then I see at the taskbar the wheel turning. However, when I go to view the in progress, the movie I want is not showing it is blank. I can't figure what it is downloading if not the movie. When I go to view the file nothing is there. Very disappointed after just paying for this version. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi - well it's possible that RMC cant record from this site - but lets check to be safe.

SPECIFICALLY - Can you please provide me with the URL of the audio or video you're trying to record, so I can trouble shoot the issue?
