Cannot record sirius/XM for all of January, 2011, so far.

I get the error message:
error sign-on: Password or username error, please try again.

All of my information is correct. This seemed to have started with Howard's new contract on Jan 3. Maybe Sirius changed something.

This is a problem that has happened in the past and Applian fixed it quickly. I have not seen any posts about it, yet.

Can we get this fixed, please?

Please verify that you can login to that channel on your computer without our program. In testing I'm not able to duplicate your issue with sirius.
