Replay AV XM Online: Unable to tune to XM/Sirius feed error: unable to connect to base site

When trying to record a stream from XMRO i get an error that says

Sat Jan 8 4:34:31 PM Download capture type: XM Online
Sat Jan 8 4:34:31 PM Recording : XM
Sat Jan 8 4:34:32 PM Unable to tune to XM/Sirius feed error: unable to connect to base site



Has anyone else had this issue?

I have double checked that my logon info is correct

Please use all Caps for both your login and your password on our program and you should be good to go.
