video replay: can see small side of the actual streaming video

On trying to view a saved file of streaming video the only thing that can be seen is a small side of the actual video. Very frustrating because it looks as if all I would have to do is scroll the screen left. Any suggestions would be appreciated as this was for a class in 2 days.

Were you recording from screen with Replay Video Capture or downloading/capturing with Replay Media Catcher?
