Replay Music simply won't record!!!

I have been trying to record music on youtube and spotify, but replay music isn't working properly. I know it is detecting the sound because i can see the bars moving, but the recording time stays on 00:00:00 and nothing is recorded!!

It used to work, and when it stopped, i uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it hasn't made a difference at all.

Are you using the latest version? Did you reboot prior to reinstalling?

Yes, I just loaded the latest version and made sure to reboot before installing, but it still won't work! :(

Please contact tech support as a log file, what version of windows, etc. is needed.
