RMC4 does not capture wma video files -Ticket #[xxxxxx]

Thanks for getting back to me today with specific detailed instruction. During the test RMC4 did not record the video as I have experienced several times before.
I have been trying out various alternatives for the past few weeks. I used Firefox as my browser in the past so I decided to try Windows Explorer. I was able to record the e-chords.com video using Realplayer
Downloader. I wish there was way to capture the file via RMC4 as it is the most versatile program .
I have the log file, how do I attach it to send it to Applian Tech Support.

Click on "browse" at the bottom of the ticket form - from there, you'll be able to attach files under 5mb.
