Won't capture from playlist.com

I have the most current version of Replay Media Catcher but I cannot get it to capture from www.playlist.com.

I did a test on this url: http://www.playlist.com/searchbeta/tracks#eminem/all/1

I was able to record the complete song in under 10 seconds using the latest version of RMC 4.

Can you tell me a few things please?

What operating system are you using?
What browser are you using?
Are you able to record with no problem from other sites?
