i want my money back, i bought it today, the software doesn't detect any flash videos, youtube, hulu, etc i want my money back.

The forum is for our users. If you want to have a refund please submit a ticket to customer service. They will help you. Also, you can submit a help ticket to tech support to get up and running. I use the progam all the time with YouTube. It will not work with Hulu. For that you will need a screen capture program such as Replay Video Capture.
