View Full Version : SKype Update...Program not working

Skype had an update a few days ago. (which is not working well)

Program stopped working after update and does not detect a audio or video stream present when on call.

Ideas?

Do an uninstall and fresh install of our program and see if that helps. Also, do reboot prior to installing and make sure that Skype is closed. Right mouse click the icon for Skype in the taskbar and select to quit before you do the install.

I'm having the same issue. I have the current version of Skype (just downloaded) and the current version of the replay telecorder. Any ideas? I'm on windows 7 64-bit. It did work about a month ago.

Uninstall and reinstall the program and then try it. Make sure you reboot before you reinstall. Thanks.

Hey guys. Everything works fine after the re-install. Thanks for the advice!

I don't know if this was skypes issue or not. Skype wasn't working too well after their update. Needless to say, everything is working now though. Thanks again.
