I can not now record auto settings use to, but can if I press Record/Dowload do have the the Realteck settings wrong some were?

HI

You want to use the Replay AV Audio Driver for recording audio. If you use Internet Explorer for your main browser you will need to turn your user account control all the way down. You do this in the Control Panel under User Accounts-User Accounts-Change User Account Settings.

Hi Cheryl. Still no joy,I did what you said, may be you could tell what settings should be? will record if I bring up the station and And quick audio record. It use to record a while ago I do not know what changed!!

. I used Cheryls suggestion about user control settings going to "Control Panel, then to "Trouble shooting" , then clicking on "Programs" (run programs made for previous versions of windows). A wizard-like box comes up and you follow through the next few steps
it came back ''Incompatible Detected''

Please contact tech support. We will need a log file and information regarding the link you are trying to capture. Another suggestion is to add KFI as a radio station. It is set up to record audio capture and if that works then you know you have it set up correctly. Add this through the Media Guide. Do make sure you have tuner.exe allowed in your windows firewall.
