problem with youtube.com: 15 second segments

Hi, used v3 in past with no problems. Just upgraded to v4, trying to record from youtube and recording is broken into 15 second segments. I'm guessing some setting must be changed, but I cannot figure out how.... Example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU_rTX23V7Q

Please let me know so I can fix it and feel stupid afterward.......

Actually seems to be a Windows problem, installed v4 trial version on another PC and it works fine with same download. Could Windows be limiting file size? Any ideas? Thanks Geno
