Photoshop killed by media catcher

I have installed media catcher demo version on my pc, but I could not make it run (pc freezes).
So far so good, but since that I can not start Photoshop cs3 and cs5 on my pc, it has the same freezing like media catcher. Please let me know what to do to make my programs run, I dont want to do a new installation because I did a lot on finetunning on the user interface which I dont want to loose.

Because I have some work to do I tried a new installation of Photoshop CS5. No change, it looks that you change sone system dlls that you dont replace after uninstalling.
