When using a web browser with Replay Media Catcher and Ad Muncher, it crashes when loading a page/multiple pages.

You have to shut down Ad-Muncher when running Media Catcher. If you have both apps running at the same time, they clash, and your browser will crash.

Well, I added AdMunch.exe (the process of Ad Muncher) to the Ignore Applications list. Even after doing that, the web browser (in this case, Google Chrome) still crashes.

Yes, you have to shut Ad-Muncher down when running Media Catcher. It doesn't work to add to the ignore list.

Can you please try fixing it?

BFilter (http://bfilter.sourceforge.net) is also crashing when running alongside Replay Media Catcher.

According to a developer of Ad Muncher, your hooking method isn't compatible with it.

There isn't a way to fix this. You will have to have one or the other shut down. Thanks!

Why isn't there a way to fix it?

Both bfilter and AdMuncher are local proxies. Whether local or networked, browsing through proxy servers is incompatible with delivery of RTMP based media streams.

Here is an Adobe (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=1ccfec30) link that can provide details to bfilter or AdMuncher proxy developers.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Btw:

Zero3K: hey shannow
[14:24] Zero3K: "Both bfilter and AdMuncher are local proxies. Whether local or networked, browsing through proxy servers is incompatible with delivery of RTMP based media streams."
[14:24] Zero3K: that was a reply to the post I made on Applian's forums
[14:24] shannow: wtf
[14:24] Zero3K: about the incompatibility between it and Replay Media Catcher
[14:24] shannow: that doesn't even make sense
[14:24] `r1ngo sets mode +l 42
[14:25] Zero3K: I agree
[14:25] shannow: i've used other media catchers just fine with AM
[14:25] shannow: netxfer and orbit downloader
[14:25] shannow: no probs
[14:25] shannow: also not all streams are RTMP
[14:25] shannow: lots are HTTP
[14:25] shannow: like youtube
[14:26] shannow: in fact
[14:26] shannow: AM can't even see RTMP streams.
[14:26] shannow: HTTP only
[14:26] shannow: RTMP streams are ignored and passed through unmodified.
[14:26] shannow: so it's only related to the hooking mechanisms of each program.
[14:27] shannow: sounds like their's is buggy and they don't wanna fix it.

^That is an IRC conversation with one of the developers of Ad Muncher.

Well? Has it been fixed or not? There HAS to be a way to get it to work nicely with Ad Muncher...

There isn't. Media Catcher will not work with AdMuncher period.
