Despite being connected and turning off firewalls I still cannot record video or audio!!!!! Any answers gratefully accepted. Thx

What program are you using? What version of windows? What are you using for your Internet connection? Thanks.

Would you mind clarifying the program you're using please - by v8, do you mean Replay AV8?

What version of AV 8 are you using? Make sure it is allowed in your firewall. Also, verify that tuner.exe is also allowed.

version AV 8.52C, and it fails to work with no active fire wall!!!!

Do you have any third party firewalls that may have been installed? IE: Norton, etc?

yes, mcafee, but even when i turn it off replay fails to record, thx

Please uninstall the version you have and reboot Now, download and install the latest version and you should be up and running. Make sure you uninstall converter also.
