fail convert streaming to mp3

When I record by streaming I get file type asf and every thing is ok.
But when I use the option : after recdring convert to mp3 64 kbps then the conversion is done only for the first 1 minute of recording ?
My os is win7 64but ulitmate
replay A/V ver 8.82

I want to add:

If I convert the file *.asf manullay later with replay convertor then the conversion is ok.
But I want to do it auto within the replay A/V.

Do you have convertereng.exe allowed in your firewall. It sounds like the firewall is blocking this. Thanks.

I allow convertereng.exe in my firewall.

Please contact tech support regarding this. Attach your log file for both the convertereng.log and replayconverter.log
Here are some instructions if you should need help in locating the log:
