Replay converter purchase

I brought a replay converter license today but when i convert files its still saying i am using a trial version why is this ?

Having a similar problem with activating Replay converter, I switched from Win XP to Win 7 on my laptop and my purchase will not activate? I get message "Outdated registration Code"?

You are perhaps using a registration code for an older version and need to upgrade. You are also able to install the older version if you wish but you will not have all the great features and formats.
