Trying to record XM stream replay av only gets to Logging In

Hi,

I have been using replay av for years now. I paid to upgrade to the new version. It has been running fine for a while. Beginning in September when I go to record XM from a stream the Replay AV only gets as far as logging on. I have not changed my xm online user information at all. Nothing in my operating system has changed either. I am using Windows 7 64.

Are you able to login to XM on your computer without our program? Give that a try. If you are and still have a problem with the program please let us know in tech support as other info will be needed. Thanks.

Hi Cheryl,

That is the first thing that I tried. I have no problem logging on and streaming XM through their web application. What other info do you need? I am eager to clear this up.
