Replay Media Catcher 4.0.9 not starting in Windows 7

I just upgraded to RMC 4 on my desktop running Windows 7. It installs correctly and Applian Director opens, but when I attempt to launch Replay Media Catcher 4, whether it's from the shortcut link, the .exe file, or from Director, all I get is a spinning circle for one or two seconds and then nothing. Any idea what the problem is and/or how I can fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has anybody (1) successfully installed and used 4.0.9 on Windows 7 (32) and (2) kept and used 3.11 in parallel since loading 4.0.9? I have done both on XP SP3 but not yet tried W7 because some have reported problems with both the above.

no but i do have 4.08 on windows 7 and have no problems. I have had more problems with vista than windows 7. and by the way 4.08 has 3.11 beat to heck :) try it you will like it.
