Sync Problem with MP4 video when converted from FLV video with RMC

I have downloaded streaming FLV video from website with Replay Media Catcher (RMC). The FLV video runs perfectly. But when I convert the FLV video to ipod Classic in MP4 format with RMC, the MP4 video is out of sync with the audio. The audio is ahead of the video. The video appears slow-motioned.

How to correct the converted MP4 to get its audio and video synced??
Can RMC correct this conversion problem.
