1. Does replay a/v run in win7 64 bit?
If not , will it run in virtual XP MODE?

2. How I can transfer my sitting and station from replay a/v in XP to WIN7?

Yes it does. You will copy the schedule8.dat file into your new system. If you are not sure where to transfer it do a scheduled recording. Then look into the log file to see where the schedule is. Each operating system is a little different.
