Convert to .mov problem

I am trying to convert flv files, recorded with RMC 4.0.7, into .mov files. I have tried a number of them, and also tried different formates. The log says there is an invalid timestamp. Can I fix this? I have automatic flv fixing enabled in the settings, and have tried using the "Fix FLV" tool. I am able to convert them with another program that I have.
