I've just upgraded to Media Catcher 4 and it seems quite happy to interact with Windows Media Centre running under Windows 7 - catching streams effortlessly.
However - the streams I've captured - from BSkyB - are still protected - I presume it's downloading the streams complete with DRM - I've struggled with Video Capture - the video side is no problem but sound is just awful, it sounds like something out of the cheapest horror flick in history or a badly stuck record.
Is there are any way to strip the DRM from the streams as they come down?
If I try and play the downloaded flv in Media Catcher, it launches Media Player Classic which tells me it can't render the file. Windows Media Player moans about DRM...
