Why should I pay for A/V when it does not work as claimed??
It is supposed to automatically connect to the web to record my scheduled shows, but it does not do this. Applain is committing fraud making such false claims about its product(s). It is time applain and other companies be held accountable for their ripoff software.

If you are having a problem let us know in tech support so we can assist you. I use it on a daily basis and it records and converts without an issue. Please contact tech support and send them the link and a log file so they can take a look at it. Thanks. If we were trying to "rip" you off we wouldn't offer you the ability to try it before you buy it.
