I have a problem very similar to
RMC 4 endless recording of strange mp3 files

The difference is I dont think havy any yahoo finance or other things spawning new files to record.
I've created a video file showing the issue , at address "http://www.mediafire.com/?nxqns9rm6av6m62".
I've showed there how does rmc3 behaves vs. rmc4
The site tuba.fm / fm.tuba.pl is just a polish site with personalized music.
When I bought rmc4 I've fought it is rmc3 with nicer interface, few needed features (like a possibility to mark more than one entry in the download list ) and so on, but now I feel that rmc4 is just useless for me :(

I hope something will be done about this.
Untill now I was pretty satisfied rmc3 user, things changed with rmc4

If you close RMC 3.11 then you will see much fewer entries created by RMC 4.

Also go to Tools -> Settings -> HTTP tweaks and remove the ASF entry.

To capture MP3 streams from tuba.fm while you listen to them:
in Tools -> Settings -> HTTP tweaks add storage.tuba.fm with MP3 file extension to the secure sites list.

Problems with Tuba.FM are fixed in RMC 4.0.6 beta 2. You don't need to remove ASF files anymore. And MP3 files from tuba.fm can be downloaded as well as captured.

Download RMC 4.0.6 beta 2
http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/4.0.6.0/RCATSetup4.exe
http://jaksta.s3.amazonaws.com/Applian/rmc/4.0.6.0/RCATSetup4-x64.exe

Please test it and report back.

p.s. Note that by adding storage.tuba.fm to the secure sites will allow you to save bandwidth as well as to capture MP3 streams without being detected.
