RMC 4 endless recording of strange mp3 files

When the record button is pressed on RMC4, it begins downloading endless mp3 files...even if no browser is open. These strangely named mp3 files are not convertible or playable. And RMC keeps adding them.... If I let it run there will soon be hundreds, then thousands of these files.

What is RMC4 doing and how do I stop this waste of processing, bandwidth and time and get it to record what I want?

RMC detects URLs not only from browsers, but also from streaming media players and other applications. What are the URLs of the MP3 files?

Turns out the "mp3"s being recorded are the streaming stock update prices from yahoo finance. This updates continually...explaining the endless mp3 files. Is there a way to prohibit the recording from a particular website?

Try RMC 4.0.6 beta 2 and report back.
