Hi all, first post here.

We bought the Applian Suite bak in January, have it running and love it.
My question is: What file/s do I need to put on a backup cd so I can reinstall the suite again after HD format?

Thanks

Hi Steve,

The easiest way to reinstall would be to just download the programs anew to your reformatted hard drive from our Download page: http://www.applian.com/downloads.php
This way, you are installing the latest versions of each program.

If you use Replay AV a lot and want to maintain the Show / Station list you have created, then make sure to save the .dat Show file from your Program Files / Replay AV Folder before you reformat. Then you can copy and paste the file into the new Replay AV Folder and you'll have all the same Show / Station information.

Thanks for the prompt answer Tom.
When I originally bought the suite I declined the Applian CD and askedif I would be able to make my own backup. I was informed that I would be able to. That is what I would like to do now.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Steve

Go to the download page. Select each program to download and when prompted select to save the file and not install it.
