If you are having an issue with this please send us a ticket in tech support. We have tested it on numerous BBC listen again audio sites and on many different machines and we haven't had an issue. Thanks. Be sure and include the link you are trying to capture. Thanks.

This method does not work !.

This was identified by Applian users about 9 months ago and has been working fine for me all that time. There is an alternative method to Applian suggestion in their video.
