I've utilized the support 'create ticket' to request a refund under your 30-day return policy. So far, after 3 tickets in the past 2 weeks I still have not received a response or status on this request.

*** Who can I email or phone directly to discuss this matter?

Please let me know the ticket numbers you received when you submitted a ticket so I can research this for you. We answer all tickets in a 24 hour period so I need to track them down. When you submit a ticket correctly you are sent an email immediately with a ticket number. Thanks.
