I bought Replay Music a few days ago, and I also payed for two extra licenses. I cannot get mine to record, but the other two are working just fine. I have went through the Replay Music 3 User Guide and tried everything I felt that could fix the problem, but it still hasn't fixed. I made sure to open up Replay Music then click Open Website To Record then go to the music service website. I also made sure that all my Firewall settings are correct, and they are. I checked for a Proxy Code and there was not one. I uninstalled and then installed Replay Music again and then tried all the things above again, and it still did not work. It shows that it is recognizing the sound, but it doesn't record anything. I would like to know what else I can do to get this problem solved. I have Windows 7 if that is of any signifance and I have been using Pandora to attempt to record.

Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox? If you are using IE you will need to turn your user account control all the way down. It is located under the Control Panel and User Accounts.

Make sure you are running the program as an administrator and that you start recording first. If you continue to have a problem submit a ticket to tech support and include the log file and what you are trying to record.

Cheryl: What do you mean "all the way down"? I have administrator rights and in Win7 there is no dialog slider of any sort. Please clarify and help?

I have admin rights, am running RM first and using Pandora as sound source.
I hear music, but RM does not. Followed all suggestions from Cheryl and have also sent RM log.

Go to your Control Panel
Select User Accounts
Select User Accounts again
Select change User Account settings
Move the slider all the way to the bottom
Reboot.

These are for Windows 7. XP does not have User Account Settings.

I have the same exact problem. This program worked twice, and now it will not record anything. While it is recording (bar graph shows audio), the folders and 'unknown recording.mp3.wav' appears as a zero-byte file on the hard drive, but when I stop recording the wav file is erased, and nothing is recorded.

So - I would forget about this one - as nice as it looks - and download ***. It works like a charm.
