Firefox crashes all the time when using Replay Media Catcher on Windows XP

I just upgraded to Replay Capture Suite and installed RMC only. When RMC is running and I go to Firefox to get some media, Firefox crashes immediately and has to be turned off. After this point, it does not come on again until RMC is uninstalled. Please help.
By the way, I use Windows XP.
