I have now fired off 4 support requests through the website for my copy of REplay Music, starting several weeks ago, and have never gotten a response.

Hello? Anyone listening?

Need help with my registration key. I am in the habit of reinstalling Windows every so often and I've run up against the license limitation of 5 activations. Need help here!

We respond to all tickets within 24 hours. If you will send me the ticket numbers you have that we sent when you submitted the tickets I will look into this for you. Also, if you let me know what email address you were using when you ordered via private response I can look up your information.

This has been replied to and your activation code is now working. When you submit a ticket if you don't get a ticket number it didn't go through. I just tested our system and it is working without an issue.
