System Locks When Using Video Capture

Using either Internet Explorer or Firefox, my system locks during Video Capture recording. After variable durations, sometimes after 10 min, other times after 30min on the same video, my entire system locks, CPU utilization goes to 100%, and I have to do a manual restart to recover.

Any suggestions?

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with video acceleration turned off.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of our program-4.2. If you are not uninstall what you have and reboot prior to installing. Also, do run the program with administrative rights.
