Audio is recording mic noise

Whenever I am trying to record a video, it says my audio is working and it does but it is recording the outside audio (my mic) instead of the video on the computer I'm trying to record. What settings should I put it on so it just records the video's audio on the computer?

go to settings -> audio setup/test and select your audio source (sound card) and your audio input (stereo mix, wave-out mix, what u hear, mic,...).
