View Full Version : Sirius/XM cannot parse login

Applian Tech support,
This error has reappeared in A/V version 8.79. I recorded Sirius without incident last night and received this error when attempting to download today.
Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated! :)

Just tested it and it is working. Go into Sirius online to make sure you are able to access on your system. If you still have a problem let tech support know as a log file and additional info will be needed.

It is not working. i get the following error:

Fri Apr 23 12:59:52 AM Unable to tune to XM/Sirius feed error sign-on: Unfortunately, we are unable to log you in to sirius.com. Please call Customer Care at 1.888.539.SIRIUS (7474) for assistance.

If you need the log file, please tell me how to post that and I will do so..

I just tested it and it worked fine. Please do give it another try. Perhaps they were having server issues. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

It seems to be a Sirius problem, as I get an error screen that says "try later" when I try to use IE to listen online.

I'm also getting the can't parse login error while logging into Sirius.

I am also not able to get into sirius. Been about 2 days
